I came accross some scotch coupons that make for free/cheap office supplies.
First here is a link for a bunch of scotch coupons, its a pdf, so you do have to print the whole page, these coupons expire 6/30/11.

There is also a scotch scissors coupon that doesnt expire til 12/31/11 on target's website, this is a manuf coupon. http://www.target.com/
Use the $1 off one scotch tape at Weis, there is a price cut on the tape, its priced at $1 so its free after the coupon (I believe the price cut was until 5/17, not I am not 100% sure)
Use the $1 off scissors at target to score them for just 49 cents!
