WOW! Some awesome deals at weis starting sunday! This is a list just from a quick look at the flyer if you find other deals feel free to comment with them!
-ellios pizza is $1.99! there is a $1 coupon on their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/#!/elliospizza?sk=app_268099606569250 which will make it 99 cents! and if you use savings star (see below about savings star) there is a save $1/3 ellios too! so if you have 2 printed coupons and the savings star coupon you will get three for $2.97 cents! OR if you are lucky enough to have an extra printer and can print more than two you can get 3 boxes for $1.97 total! thats awesome!
-scott paper towels and toilet paper are $3.99 and there were $1 coupons in paper for each a few weeks ago.
-perdue chicken is 40% off and there is a $2/2 perfect portions coupon on coupons.com,
-dozen eggs are 2/$3 and if you still have the 55 cents of 2 doz eggs coupon from a while ago (i belive it was on the incredible eggs fb page) you will get two dozen for $2 after coupon doubling!
-gum toothbrushes are $1 and there is a save $1/2 on savings star
-gum crayola toothbrushes are $1 for a 2 pack, there are 55cent coupons in parenting and parenting early years, so after doubling its FREE!
-cheez its are b1g1 free and there is a savings star save $1/2
If you dont know what savings star is it is a site that offers ecoupons. BUT the amount of the coupon is not taken off at the register. It is added to your savings star account. Once your account reaches $5 you can choose your payout, ex-bank deposit, amazon gift card, paypal. Also you can only redeem these coupons at store with loyalty cards. You have to put your card numbers in your account. So you cant get these savings at walmart :/
Well looks like I will be heading to weis early on Sunday to make sure I can get these deals!! Happy Saving!

how to make money at staples
I am starting to love Staples, yes staples!! Its very easy to make money there, yes MAKE money!!! Here is what I did:
Previously I recycled 7 ink cartridges (they take any kind, even if they are recycled ones bought off the internet, and give you a $2 reward for each one! and you can recycle 10 a month) which gave me $14 in rewards.
Then I bought a 50ct package of photo sheets, price $9.99, and there is a $8.99 rebate
I also bought a ream of staples multipurpose paper (cause I had to spend over $14 to use my reward) for $5.99, and there is a $3.99 rebate
So my total came to $16.10, I used my $14 reward and paid $2.10 OOP (out of pocket)
My rebate total is $12.98 so once I get that I technically made $10.88!
In this visit I also took in 5 more cartridges so I will be getting another $10 reward!
You can sign up on staples.com for their rewards program, they will give you a card to print. You rewards show up on your rewards account online for you to print.
From staples site:
You will earn 10% back in Staples Rewards on all ink and toner, case and ream paper and Copy & Print purchases
Earn an unlimited 10% back on qualifying purchases when you earn at least $10 in Rewards within a calendar quarter.
Staples Rewards are issued monthly when the value of the Reward is at least $10. Monthly balances of less than $10 will roll over each month until the minimum is met for that calendar quarter. If the $10 minimum for the quarter has not been met, the balance will expire at the end of the quarter.
The rebate you can complete online and then you get a check in the mail.
Happy Shopping!!!

I saved 70% at price chopper!
Went to Price Chopper today in Montrose. I had a few coupons to use before they expired today and in the next few days. Took advantage of some other deals while I was there. I did save a lot but used about 1.5 gallons of gas, so once SuperWalmart opens I will probbaly just price match there, esp since it will be about a mile from my house! Today I only used four coupons that got doubled, the rest were $1+ . I had two 70 cent coupons and two 50 cent coupons, so I gained an extra $1.30 off with the doubling. With what I would save on gas it would def be worth it to skip the long trip, loose the doubled coupon, and go to walmart and price match. Here is what I got today, I think we have enough pasta now in this house to last us a year, cause I stocked up on free pasta from weis awhile ago too!
2-ronzoni garden delight, normally $1.99 ea, on sale for $1, used $1 coupon-free
4-ronzoni quick cook, normally $1.69 ea, on sale for $1, used two $1 off 2 coupon- 50 cents ea
4- ronzoni smart taste, normally $1.49 ea , on sale for $1, used two $1 off 2 coupons-50 cents ea
2-jolly time popcorn, normally $2.50 ea, b1g1f sale, use $1 off 2 coupon, $1.50 for 2 boxes
2-Duncan hines Brownie Mix, normally $2.19, used two 50 cent coupons, which doubled to $1, cost 25 cents for ea box
2-4C totally light iced tea, normally $4.99, on sale for $2.99, used two $2 coupons, cost 99 cents each
2-cheez it baby swiss, normally $3.69, on sale for $2.50, used two $1 coupons, $1.50 each
2-cheez it colby, normally $3.69, on sale for $2.50, used two 70 cent coupons, doubled to $1, cost $1.50 each.
4-lean pockets, normally $2.49, on sale for $2, used two b1g1f coupons, cost $1 each
total cost regular cost, $60.78, cost after advantagedge and coupons savings $17.98! So it was about 70%! Now mind you this was a coupon only shopping trip. I did the rest of my regular weekly grocery shopping earlier in the week. And btw most of my coupons were internet coupons, the only ones from the paper were the jolly time and the 4C!

huggies wipes deal at rite aid
I always see a lot of good deal for diapers, but to me it seems like good wipes deals are hard to come by (except for amazon). Here is the deal I got this week at Rite Aid. I got 1152 wipes for .011 cents ea.
This deal requires 2 survery coupons and 2 separate transactions.
You got a $10 reward for every $30 you spend on Kimberly Clark items. So here is the cheapest way to get the $10, with buying all wipes.
Transaction #1:
buy (2) 216 ct packages of huggies natural care wipes
cost: $6.97 ea, $13.94 total
use $3 off $15 purchase survery coupon (you will have to purchase another item to make it to $15)
use $1/2 huggies wipes 60 ct or larger
total: $9.94
Transaction #2:
buy (2) 360 ct boxes of huggies natural care wipes (Tunkhannock Rite Aids didnt have these, had to go to the bigger Rite Aid in Dallas)
cost: $8.97 ea, $17.94 total
use $3 off $15 purchase survery coupon
use $1/2 huggies wipes 60 ct or larger
use $1 off non-rx purchase video values coupon
total: $12.94
total for both transactions: $22.88 and you will get a $10 UP reward, total for purchase: $12.88!

best baby food/snack deals
From my experience here is where to get the best deals!
First-gerber snacks, lil entrees, pastas pickups, yogurt..buy them at weis! They typically have good sales on them, and they double the coupons. Gerber coupons usually are under $1 and you have to buy two. The gerber yogurt always goes on sale for $2 and if you have a 75 cent off one coupon you can get the four pack for $1.
Second-Target is the best deal for gerber baby food. The 2 packs usually go on sale for 10 for $9, or 90 cents ea. So if you have $1 off 3 stage 2 two packs, you get 3 two packs for 85 cents ea or about 43 cents a container. If you cant get to target when they have the sale, dont forget walmart price matches. Gerber offers coupons for a lot of their products on their facebook page http://www.facebook.com/#!/Gerber
Third-Beechnut is the cheapest, get it at walmart. Even with a sale Weis is more expensive. I believe the 2nd stage jar is 46 or 47 cents, if you have a $1/10 items orit comes down to 36 or 37 cents a container, cheaper than gerber! If you have a $1 off 8 jars it makes it even better!
Beechnut has a great rewards program where you can get coupons, check it out here http://www.beechnut.com/Special%20Offers/BeechNutRewards.asp
And they are very fast with sending rewards, it states it takes up to 8 weeks, I usually get mine in 3-4 weeks.
And the nice thing is you can send in two cereal upcs and get baby food coupons. So you have to check it out!
and also sign up for the newsletter, you should get coupons for free items like cereal and baby food in your email and also in the mail
http://www.beechnut.com/Special%20Offers/Enewsletter.asp
Fourth-If you want organic, BRU/TRU is the best place..Earths Best typically goes on sale 20 jars for $10. You can print 3 $1 off & jars on their website http://www.earthsbest.com/node/311
and you can also find coupons for $1 off 5 jars sometimes in the parenting early years. I just got 20 jars on Saturday, used 2 $1 off 7 and 1 $1 off 5 and got the 20 jars for $7 or 35 cents each, which is an awesome price for earths best
Fifth-Cereal--beechnut is definitely cheaper than gerber, even with the 55 cents off 2 gerber coupons. Last time I checked the beechnut was around $1.50 and the gerber is close to $2. If you have a $1 off beechnut cereal it makes it even better!
I have never paid full price for cereal, baby food, snacks, or even formula! Sometimes coupons for these items are hard to come by so that is why I trade coupons (as I have mentioned many many times!)

great deal on iced tea at weis, and other deals
Just found another great deal at weis! the Swiss Iced tea is 2 for $4. There was a b1g1f coupon in the inserts a few weeks ago, I am sorry I dont remember which one and I tried searching online and cant find it (i clip all the coupons and put them in a binder so i never know where they came from). The coupon actually took off the regular price of the iced tea, which is $2.69, so both gallons ended up costing $1.31 total!
Also the 4 pack of gerber yogurt is on sale for $2. If you have a 75 cent coupon it gets doubled to $1, making it $1. Or if there are any left you can print a 55 cent gerber yogurt coupon here, which will get doubled to $1
http://www.facebook.com/Gerber?sk=app_118367881570957

free scotch tape and 49 cent scissors
I came accross some scotch coupons that make for free/cheap office supplies.
First here is a link for a bunch of scotch coupons, its a pdf, so you do have to print the whole page, these coupons expire 6/30/11.
http://www.3m.com/brands/scotch/promos/welcomecoupon.pdf
There is also a scotch scissors coupon that doesnt expire til 12/31/11 on target's website, this is a manuf coupon. http://www.target.com/
Use the $1 off one scotch tape at Weis, there is a price cut on the tape, its priced at $1 so its free after the coupon (I believe the price cut was until 5/17, not I am not 100% sure)
Use the $1 off scissors at target to score them for just 49 cents!

additional swagbucks info
**I forgot to add that swagbucks does release swagcodes for various amounts of swagbucks. Usually these are everyday, and sometimes more than once a day. They run on pacific time so they are three hours behind. So they post expiration times for the code in pacific time. Usually codes are release in the afternoona and/or evening (our time).
**These swagcodes are usually a combination of upper and lower case letter and numbers. Check the swidget for the location or check coupons and freebies mom or coupon pro (as i mentioned in previous post). They usually post codes on their blog, chat bar (on the bottom of sb homepage), on swagbucks tv, facebook, twitter, and other various places on their website. Sometimes codes are very easy to find, sometimes they are a treasure hunt (which is a big pain), and some times they are puzzles.
**Also if you copy and paste a code make sure you dont include any extra space or the code wont work. They also change some of the codes (esp the ones on the blog or on other places on the website) every few minutes. So if the code didnt work, refresh the page where the code is found and copy and paste again.
If I think of anything else of importance I will add another post!

swagbucks guide
Some of you have been asking about swagbucks..so here is my guide to the site…so here is a small guide.
*First, everyday you can get 5 swagbucks (sb) for doing:
-Daily poll
-NOSO (just click through these and at the end you will get sb)
-Click on trusted surveys
-Opening the toolbar (make sure you have this downloaded, when you first open your internet browser for the day you will get one swagbuck)
*Second, check you messages (on the top right hand side when you are logged in on the swagbucks homepage). There are often messages about watching videos or completing simple offers for to get sb*Third, watch SBTV, its on the toolbar. When you watch 10 videos you get 3 sb. I let it play in the background while I am online or I play a videos while I am doing things around the house. I never actually sit there and watch them! *Fourth, use swagbucks coupons. They are the same as the ones on coupons.com*Fifth, browse through the special offers. There are videos on most of the walls that you can watch to earn sb.
*Sixth, under trusted surverys, click on profiles, complete all the profiles, for 70 sb. I did all but one..the finance one, it was asking what kind of credit cards I have and where my bank accoutns are at!
All of the above can be found under “earn” at the top of the swagbucks home page. *Seventh, check the home page for a banner that says “earn 2 easy swagbucks” it usually lets you watch the videos quite a few time and gives you credit for each one.
After you complete an offer or get sb for videos, refresh your swagbucks to make sure you get credit. To refresh, click the circle with the arrow on the top right hand side of the swagbucks homepage, right next to your swagbucks amount. You can also check your ledger, click on view account, my swagbucks, and then ledger. There is a drop down box that separates it by category.
Also download the swidget, this is how you find out if there are codes. Once you have the toolbar installed, right click on it on the right side by the plus sign. Then click on get more apps, the search for swagbucks swidget and download it. It will come up on your toolbar. I also check Coupon and Freebies Mom and Coupon Pro on face book, they tell you when codes are out and usually give the link to them.
And try to get referrals, you get matching points for their search wins, up to 1000 sb. To sign up for swagbucks, you can use this link. You will get 30 sb for signing up :)

more websites :)
Ok, so its been a while since my last blog. Sorry, I’ve been busy. I think I am gonna try to compile a weekly blog about the best deals I got!
I also want to try to research and find some coupon trading groups too! I think people who buy coupons from the internet are nuts! So hopefully I will get some time in the future to do that and then post a blog about it! I do use baby cheapskates coupon trading group like I have mentioned before. I was thinking of starting my own trading group on google..but we will see about that!
Here are some websites I have found through my magazine reading that I think would be helpful!
valpak.com - just found out about this..but the coupons arent very organized on the site
thefind.com - tells you the places you can buy a product and lists the prices so you can compare. Also on the right side, you can check the boxes to show sales, coupons, and shipping deals!
rockabuygear.com - buy and sell gently used baby items and also has maternity clothes
Ppgazette.com - coupon aggregator that compiles coupons from a bunch of different sites
freesnatcher.com - list what coupons will be in the Sunday paper (there are lots of sites like this, this is just one of them) and also has other deals too!

great deals of the week and coupon tips
GREAT DEALS OF THE WEEK!
Remember I still had $4 in UP rewards from rite aid? Well I used them this week! Here is the great deal I got!
-Kleenex Cottonelle toilet paper-12 pk double rolls-for 99 cents!
Used: $1 video values coupon
$1 mauf coupon, it was in the paper a few wks ago
$4 in UP rewards
-Bounty Basic single roll-purchased 2, total cost 29 cents!
Used: $1 manuf coupon from last p&g brand saver
Store special: b1g1 free
Other great deals:
-2 packages of Clorox disinfectant travel wipes free--
Not sure if this is still available but on Clorox’s face book page they were offering a $1 off any Clorox product (click on the Clorox home tab, then click on products and offers and it was under there..I printed two of them, I don’t see it anymore but some sites have the coupon disappear after you printed it) anyway..use that on Clorox travel wipes, which are under a $1 at walmart and target (I suggest using it at walmart, I used it at target and the cashier gave me a hard time, since they cost 97 cents and not $1 there, she put the coupon in manually as 97 cents, at walmart they usually just scan it and give you the whole amount off, which gives you a few cents credit, as long as you buy other items!)
-Alpo Premium Cuts Beef Stew on sale for 67 cents, used b1g1 free from last weeks paper (I believe), so got two cans for 67 cents total. (My dogs don’t get this that often but thought it was a great deal for canned food!)
-Herrs family size chips are b1g1 free at weis, orginal price $3.99, used two $1 off printed from their website, got two family sized bags for $2 total!
*Also if you are a weis shopper, visit their website, there was a pop up that gives you a coupon for $5 off a $50 purchase when you sign up for their newsletter
INTERNET COUPON TIPS:
-You can usually print two coupons by hitting the back button and refresh (if needed)..this is helpful especially on mauf websites!
-If you are looking for a coupon go to dealinusa.com and click on mauf coupons on left hand side..they list alphabetically, if you don’t see a coupon there for the product you like I suggest checking the manuf website or facebook page
-Also send emails about how much you like a certain product on the websites..some of them will send you coupons! I did this with Turkey Hill and got a ton of coupons for iced tea and ice cream!!!
SUNDAY PAPER COUPON TIPS”
-Save the unused coupons-it takes time but I cut out the unused one and put them in an envelope with the date and list the coupons inside..this helps with my coupon trading..if someone is looking for a certain coupon..I just have to look at the envelope to see if I have it, instead of searching through the inserts..PLUS if a deal comes up for a free or cheap item you have the coupon handy!
-If you know other people that get the Sunday paper, ask them for their unused inserts! Then you have multiples of coupons! So if you find a good deal you are able to get more than one! For the bounty towels above I had two coupons, so I was able to get 4 rolls for 60 cents! And I also had two of the alpo coupons.

rite aid..my new love!
So I used to shop rite aid but then i stopped for a while..not sure why..but I have now had a change of heart! Of course I still love shopping at target but rite aid has become my new love! lol ...this is a long blog..but I wanted to make sure I got everything explained.
The first thing to do is start completing the video values. The coupons reset each month. But they stay in your account til they expire, you select the coupons you want to print after you watch videos and you dont have to prin them right away. These coupons say mauf coupon but have a rite aid symbol and a special rite aid barcode so you can combine them with mauf coupons.
Click on all offers and under the rite aid section there is two $1 off a non rx purchase one is for watching the wellness+ video and the winter rewards video. Then click on special sections and then winter rewards, watch 10 of the rite aid winter rewards product videos and you will get a $2 off a non rx product. Also under special sections watch all the beauty video you will get a $4 off a $20 purchase. The site is a little confusing at first..if you need help or have questions let me know, I will try to help you. These coupons say cannot combine with like offfers but I used them in combination with other rite aid and mauf coupons with no problem. Tip-if you are using the $4 off a $20 purchase have the cashier take that off before any other coupons or you total can go below $20 making your purchase ineligible for the $4 off.
When you click on all offers you will see what products have videos and how much he coupon is for.
Tip--You have to stay on the page while the video runs or else it pauses (you used to be able to go off the page and let it run). Also right after the video there is a one of those security code boxes and you only have 30 seconds to enter it. If you dont enter it in time or enter it incorrectly you will have to watch the vido again.
So here is what I got today:
I stopped at the Rite Aid in Dallas and I got:
20 ct finish gel packs- all month sale @$3.99, plus $1 video value coupon, and .75 mauf coupon
Halls- 2 for $3, used january and february video values .50 coupon, and $1 off two mauf coupon
chex mix- 2 for $3, used .50
crest prohealth- 2 for $5, used two $1 mauf coupons
I also used the $2 off non rx purchase and the two $1 off non rx purchase (as described above)
I got in return:
$1 up reward for halls
$1 up reward for chex mix
$1 up reward for crest
and I got another $1 up reward, which I used at my trip to the Tunk rite aid and dont remember what it was for.. pretty sure it was for the finish
plus my shopping got my thirsty so I got a snapple..
in the end this trip before coupons was $15.82, after coupons I paid $5.38 including tax and got $4 back
There were some items I was looking for that the Dallas Rite Aid didnt have to so I went to the Tunkhannock one and got
Hatrz crunch n clean-$2.99, used $1 mauf
Spic n span scrub brushes-got two, on clearance for .50 each, used $1 off 2 spic n spac items mauf coupon
Snickers pb squared- got two, .50 ea, had b1g1 free mauf coupon
also got 10 prints i ordered online, i had a coupon for free 10 prints which i signed up for on swagbucks noso (no obligation special offers) section and I just noticed the price of the prints was $1.50 and the coupon took off $1.90 so I made .40 on that!
My total came to 6.49, with all the coupons I had it came to $2.09, the I used two of my rewards from my purchase in dallas an my total came to 9 cents..thats right...9 cents!
Plus I got:
$1 up reward for hartz
$1 up reward for purchse of pet treats (so double bonus on the crunch n clean!)
So I still have two $1 rewards from Dallas and now have two $1 rewards from Tunkhannock. Rite aid has a deal on dixie plates right now, b1g1 free, plus a $3 off purchase of 2 video values, which means I could get them for 99 cents. And I can buy something small to get over $1 and use one of my rewards coupons. I couldnt find them in stock in Dallas or Tunkhannock (i even checked both rite aids in Tunk)
So all together today I spent $5.47 and ended up with $4 in rewards for my next trip..so if you count the rewards as money..I got all th items above for $1.47! Now the only thing is I have to try to not buy items I dont need..sometimes its tempting cause of the rewards..but remember you have to put out the money to get it back!
Other tip: you can split up your items into two purchases and use the rewards that print from your first purchase on the second purchase. I just always ask the cashier nicely and have never had a problem doing it. If theya re not too busy sometimes they will let you do three transactions..just depends on your cashier!
Wow..this was a long one..but I hope it helps you!

get free stuff and other tips!
Easy ways to get free things!
Whether you’re a mom or not sign up for sites that offer rewards programs. A lot of times you can get the codes to earn points on the internet, without even buying the product! The savings sites I listed will post codes as they are available.
-Pampers gifts to grow
-Huggies enjoy the ride rewards
* even though they are for diapers there are other types of rewards that they offer, especially pampers
-Disney Rewards
-You can also join sites that give you points for searching through their website/toolbar.
I am a member of swagbucks and irazoo. I like to cash in my points for amazon gift cards. You need less points on swagbucks to get them but you earn more points at a time with irazoo. I’ve been doing this for a month and have earned a $5 amazon e gift certificate on irazoo and two $5 egift certificated on swagbucks!
Other tips:
-Don’t be afraid to try other brands! Especially if you have a coupon and its on sale! For example, I usually buy Tostitos salsa, but I have a coupons for chi chi’s salsa and I got the chi chi’s for 50 cents each compared to paying $2.99 for Tostitos!
-Bigger isn’t always better! For example, when buy diapers and wipes I always figure out the price per diaper rather than the price for the whole package.
Huggies jumbo packs are sometimes cheaper than the big boxes when you compare price per diaper! Yes, it takes time to stop and do this in the store, but it saves money! To figure it out take the price (if you are using a coupon subrtract the price of the coupon first) and divide it by the number of items or ounces or pounds.
For example:
Huggies Snug n Dry size 3 jumbo pack $8.99 (36 diapers in pack)
8.99/36= .25 per diaper
-Look for B1G1 deals and use 2 mauf coupons. Most internet coupon sites let you print two. Sometimes hitting the back button will automatically print you another coupon!
-Walmart isn’t always cheaper. I am finding more and more that target is cheaper than walmart, and that’s even before any coupons!
-If you are able to get an item for free almost free consider donating it..food banks or animal shelters or elsewhere!
For example, I usually buy Tostitos salsa, but I have a coupons for chi chi’s salsa and I got the chi chi’s for 50 cents each compared to paying $2.99 for Tostitos!

todays weis trip
Tonight on my way to pick up our dinner at the pizza place I stopped quick as weis. Today I got coupons from beechnut for free cereal and 2 free jars of food, so you know they were burning a hole in my pocket and had to use them right away. lol. I also had printed 2 $.50 coupons for hamburger helper http://hip2save.com/2011/01/high-value-0-501-hamburger-helper-coupon.html
And a lot of the gerber snacks were on sale, I had a $.75 coupon for the gerber yogurt (I decided to get one for when I start giving it to kayla, just made sure I picked one with the latest expiration date) which was on sale 5 for $10 aka $2 each. The hamburger helper coupons and the yogurt coupon all got doubled to $1.00. So I got:
2- boxes of hamburger helper
container of beechnut oatmeal
2 jars of beechnut stage 2 baby food
1 package of gerber yougurt
My GRAND total: $1.00!!!!

websites i use
I am going to start with the savings sites I follow. I follow all on facebook and some I subscribe to their daily emails. Sorry for not posting the actual link..when I do post it, it screws up the blog for some reason and I got tired of fighting with it!
babycheapskate.com
dealinusa.com

hip2save.com

*I also partipate with baby cheapskate's coupon trading group. Its purpose is to trade baby coupons but I have done lots of trades with other types of coupons. And so far I have not had a negative experience! (knock on wood!). To get to the trading group scroll to the bottom of the page and the link is under resources*
These are the coupon sites I use:
Coupons.com
Smartsource.com
Redplum.com
Allyou.com
Stores that have coupons on their website (if it’s a store coupon you can combine it with a mauf coupon)
Target
Dollar General
Family Dollar
CVS
Rite Aid (the do have a coupon section, but also go under video values, watch videos for coupons)
I just found out that Walgreens puts out monthly store coupon booklets, you can get them right in the store
These are coupon sites that were recommended in parents magazine..I browsed them a little thought they were ok. The one that sparked my interest the most was the last one.
